@warren@myroofus.com So this is that case I was thinking of. Unless we get a copy of policy that shows there is coverage, it's a no go. The policy I remember seeing, the Policy didn't go into effect until after the DOL. The case isn't in JobNimbus so I can't work off of my memory here. Right now I can't do anything on this.
We tried to file for June loss date but since we said October of 21 first they said we could not file a claim. They did have coverage in June 22
@warren@myroofus.com missed this... As far as I remember this is the one where the Date of Loss was after the Policy went into effect... correct? I don't see any files on this one nor anything in JobNumbus. If this is that case, then I can't take it... if not... need to see all files and correspondence on this.

We ended up winning this one on a reinspection. No need to pursue.

Is there anything you can do on this one? He did not have coverage for the storm last year that we tried to use for the claim when we called it in. There is a storm date this year but his insurance company would not let us call in the claim.
